In southern Italy, there is a public institution called the institution of Calabria (UNICAL). The University of Calabria accepts applications for its Master’s degree program in its second cycle from international students living outside of Europe. - Pay a 10 Euro application fee
- Non-EU nationals will have enough time to apply for scholarships and get an entry visa.
