• Residents of Hungary are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.

2. The sending partner 1^st pre-selects the application and sends a nomination.
3. Second, after reviewing the applications that the sending partner submitted, the University of Debrecen notifies TPF and formally calls the applicants for the exam or interview.
4. As a final step, TPF informs the awardees about the scholarship.
