Requirements for Two-Year Study Programs:
- Maintain an average grade point of 7 (out of 10) at the end of the third quarter of the first year.
- Complete at least half of the European credits by the end of the third quarter of the first year.

Who Can Apply?
- To be eligible, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be provisionally admitted to a qualified UT Master’s program starting in September 2024/2025.
- Have a student number.
- Have not completed a UT undergraduate program.
- Meet the requirements for getting an entry visa to the Netherlands (if applicable).
- Meet the general English language test requirement of Academic IELTS 6.5 (or TOEFL iBT 90) with an extra 6.0 (TOEFL iBT 20) on the speaking subscore.
- Not eligible for a Dutch student loan.
- Be among the top 5 to 10% of your class, indicating exceptional academic performance.
- Be a non-EU/EEA student (UTS does not accept Dutch or current UT students, and EU/EEA students are not permitted to study at UTS).

- Round One:

- Application form closes: February 1, 2024, at 16:00 CET.
- Round Two:

- Apply for a Master’s program at the University of Twente.
- Obtain a conditional admission letter.
- To apply for the UTS, use your student number.
- Remember that UTS is not open to Dutch or existing UT students, and EU/EEA students cannot study there.
Additional Information:
- The UTS Faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC) does not offer Master’s programs.
- UTS does not provide a pre-master’s program.
- If you applied in round one but were denied, you will not be considered in round two.
- You can only receive one UT scholarship.
