A MIPLC DAAD scholarship is available. MIPLC is a recipient of the DAAD postgraduate program scholarship, specifically for the intellectual property LLM programme. Students from underdeveloped countries who wish to pursue a postgraduate legal degree in Europe are eligible for the full scholarship. Outstanding graduates with exceptional academic performance and achievements are invited to apply for this award and make a difference in their communities.
The initiative is a collaboration between premier institutes in Europe and the United States, including the Max Planck Institute, Technical University of Munich, Augsburg University, and Church Washington University. The MIPLC DAAD scholarship is completely sponsored, whereas the MIPLC waiver award is partially funded.

Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria to apply for the MIPLC DAAD scholarship:
- In addition, applicants must be from one of the developing countries.
- Applicants must live in their home countries; applicants who have spent more than two years outside of their home nations are ineligible.
- They must have earned a four-year bachelor’s degree.
- Assume the applicant’s bachelor’s degree is three years old. In that instance, they must have one year of further education to complete credit hours for a four-year bachelor’s program, or they must have professional experience.
- They must have completed a bachelor’s degree within the last five years, but no more than six years at the time of application.
- Applicants must have two years of professional experience.
- Applicants must meet MIPLC’s admission criteria.
- Applicants must be skilled in the English language.
