You are welcome to apply for the Saïd Foundation Scholarship in the UK. The Saïd Foundation has been providing educational grants and training opportunities since 1984. The initiative strives to empower people through educational opportunities while also promoting Middle Eastern development.
It is aimed for excellent individuals with leadership potential who will drive good change in our target countries of Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, and Palestine. The Saïd Foundation awards scholarships based on merit, with applications reviewed by Foundation administrators and trustees, as well as external assessors.
Our decisions are based on the candidate’s academic excellence, the relevance of the subject to their home country, their leadership potential, their commitment to serving their community, their future career goals, and their practical ability to apply the knowledge gained in the UK when they return to the Middle East.

What Courses Are Considered?
The Saïd Foundation provides scholarships for one-year master’s degree courses in the UK.
There are no constraints on academic subjects, however candidates must demonstrate that their chosen subject will allow them to contribute to the growth of their home country.
Candidates must apply to one or more of the Foundation’s partner universities. You can find details of partner universities here.
The Saïd Foundation may accept applications for study at a non-partner university if the proposed course is not offered by a partner university. If you have chosen a non-university partner, you must explain why in your application form, or your scholarship application may be rejected.
The Saïd Foundation does not accept applications for universities outside the UK, undergraduate or PhD programs.

How To Apply
To be considered for a Saïd Foundation scholarship, send the appropriate documentation with your online application.
All documentation must be included with your application. After submission, you can only supply university offers/evidence of application to your chosen courses (if applications open after October 31st) and English language test certificates.
These documents must be uploaded to the online application portal . The deadline for the academic year 2025/2026 will be announced soon.
