Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. Citizenship: You must be a citizen of a developing country.
  2. Educational Intent: You must intend to study full-time postgraduate (Master’s) in Malaysia.
  3. Age: You must be under 45 years old at the time of applying.
  4. Academic Requirements: You must have earned a Second Class Upper (Honours) or a CGPA of 3.5 or higher at the undergraduate level.
  5. English Proficiency: You must produce confirmation of English language proficiency via IELTS (minimum score of 6.0) or TOEFL (minimum score of 60), or an official statement stating that English was the medium of instruction for your previous degree(s).
  6. Health: You must be in excellent health, as attested by a doctor or physician.
  7. Admission: You must have a valid admission offer from at least one Malaysian university.
