The Asia Europe Foundation is back with another fantastic opportunity. ASEF is proud to announce that applications are open for the Asia-Europe Environment Forum (ENV Forum Conference 2023). This year the conference will take place in Brussels, Belgium. It will cover the Round Airfare Travel Tickets, as well as Free Accommodation for the participants. IELTS is not required for the Asia-Europe Environment Forum Conference 2023.
Applicants from Asian and European countries can apply for the ENV Forum Conference. The Conference will take place on 21-22 November 2023. The theme of the ENV forum is “Empowering Innovation in Asia & Europe – SMEs at the Heart of Circular Transition”. This conference will gather 80 participants including speakers. Abstract
The Asia-Europe Environment Forum (ENV forum) Conference, “Empowering Innovation in Asia & Europe – SMEs at the Heart of Circular Transition”, will take place in Brussels, Belgium, on 21-22 November.
The conference aims to facilitate the knowledge and best practices exchange & dialogue on the transition of SMEs into a circular economy model through the combined forces of innovation and green finance, ensuring sustainable growth, enhanced resilience, and reduced environmental impact.

Eligibility Criteria for the Asia-Europe Environment Forum
- ASEM National (see list of ASEM countries here)
- Young (Social) Entrepreneurs and Innovators, preferably with a focus on either a) technology & digitalization, or b) food production/industry
- Between 20 – 35 years old
- High proficiency in English
Application Form
- It will take 15 to 20 minutes to complete an application.
- Do have an updated CV ready (max 2 pages) to upload with the form.
- The application form consists of 3 parts:

- Professional Background
- Your Perspectives on the Conference Theme. The majority of questions offer a checkbox or dropdown menu to select answers.
