Trainee Role and Responsibilities
The main duties and responsibilities of a Trainee to join the Human Resources Department are:
- Post, amend, and remove job postings from job boards, career pages, and social media.
- Set up and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Reviewing resumes and applications.
- Conducting interviews.
- Updating internal databases with employee information to verify they satisfy internal standards.
- Review and distribute company policies, either digitally or in print copy.
- Updating job descriptions.
- Organize internal events for colleagues.
Required Qualification and Skills
- An applicant’s studies should be connected to hospitality and human resources. Experience.
- If a candidate has previous work experience, that is a good sign.
- Effective English communication abilities.
