- Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the given criteria:
To be considered for the Think Again Scholarship and applying for a part-time course you must be:
- A woman aged 23 years and over.
- Income: Living in a household with a combined reckonable income of €25,000 per year or less.
- be receiving a long-term Social Protection benefit from an EU Member State, or its equivalent.
- OR permission from the Department of Justice to remain in the country that must be accompanied by a letter from the International Protection Office must serve as proof of your nationality.

Residency:
For three of the previous five years, you must have been a resident of the Irish State, EU, EEA, UK, or Swiss Federation.
- Documentation proving residency is required, and examples include Social Protection Statements, GP letters, school letters, your P60 for years up to 2018, or an Employment Detail Summary for years beginning after 2019.

Benefits
The University College Dublin will provide all the following study expenses:
- Undergraduate full-time degree students may secure up to €14,000 per student per year of study.
- The one-year part-time University Access Course students may avail of €1,000 per student.
- Other part-time students may avail of €1,000 per student per year of study.
Your basic living expenses, such as rent, food, utilities, phone/internet, health care, clothes, books, and travel, will be covered by this stipend.
If your application for the Think Again Scholarship is accepted, full-time students will receive their funds throughout the course of the academic year in regular installments. Depending on the number of modules taken, part-time students are paid pro rata.
