Conditions for Eligibility
The following criteria must be fulfilled by applicants in order to be eligible for the scholarship:
Educational Background
- A bachelor’s degree with honours or a master’s degree in computer science or a similar discipline
- Demonstrated research expertise via one or more of the following methods:
- Master’s thesis with a research focus
- Scientific journals
- A minimum of two years of experience as a researcher or lecturer
English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or higher (or equivalent, valid within 2 years).
If not accessible upon admission:
- At entry, a minimum IELTS score of 5.5 (or above)
- Within 12 months of admission, an IELTS score of 6.5 or above must be submitted.

- submission of the Ph.D. program’s preliminary study plan and research outline.
