USA YSEALI Professional Fellowship Program 2025 (Fully Funded)

The US Department of State is funding a fully funded exchange program known as YSEALI PFP 2025. Southeast Asian executives can travel to the United States for five to six weeks to work as fellows in business, public, or charitable organizations.

The curriculum encourages mutual understanding, strengthens leadership abilities, and fosters collaboration by focusing on Civic Engagement, Economic Empowerment, Governance and Society, and Sustainable Development.

Benefits of USA YSEALI Exchange Program  2025

Eligibility Criteria for the USA YSEALI Exchange Program 2025

• Fellows must be between 25-35 years old at the time of application.
• Applicants must be proficient in English, both speaking and writing.
• Must be a citizen of one of the eleven YSEALI countries.
• Should have good leadership talents and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Candidates must be emerging leaders in civil society, government, or the private sector with appropriate experience.
• Candidates should have a minimum of two years of relevant job experience.
• Should be culturally adaptive and able to work independently.
• Must be able to identify and implement a community-based project.
• United States citizens are not eligible to apply.
