- The decision of the selection committee is final.

- Scholarship recipients who withdraw, halt, or repeat their studies owing to illness, bereavement, or unusual circumstances will be evaluated on an individual basis.
- If a recipient fails to meet attendance or examination criteria, they may be asked to reimburse a portion or all of the scholarship funds.
