Eligibility Criteria
All applicants must meet these requirements:

- You must be enrolled (or planning to enroll) as a full-time student outside of Korea.
Students in professional training programs (e.g., MBA, law, interpreting) are ineligible. - Must not have a Ph.D.
- Must have citizenship or permanent resident in a country other than Korea.
- Korean citizens must obtain permanent residency outside of Korea by August 2024.
