Qualifications for Eligibility
Candidates need to:
- Be granted admission to a program that qualifies for 2025–2026.
- Possess or anticipate earning a first-class honours degree or its equivalent.
- Give a personal statement that addresses:

- How your career will benefit from the degree.
- How the degree will benefit your nation or community.

Application Process
Deadline: 29 May 2025 (23:59 UK Time)
- Apply to the University of Edinburgh to be admitted to a program that qualifies.
- After receiving your university login (up to 5 working days after applying), access the MyEd portal.
- Complete the online scholarship application form available through EUCLID via MyEd.
Selection and Notification
- Scholarships will be given out according to the quality of the personal statement and academic merit.
- Notification of successful applicants will be sent by the end of June or the beginning of July 2025.
