Taiwan ICDF Scholarship Program is designed specifically for people from developing countries who desire to help their countries achieve sustainable development goals. This completely financed scholarship program has partnered with approximately 23 Taiwanese universities at undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D levels. Participants will have the opportunity to support socioeconomic progress while honing their human resources, hence improving international economic links.
The International Cooperation and Development Fund offers 29 programs in this scholarship opportunity for students from diverse educational backgrounds such as Agriculture, Business Administration, International Studies, Health, Mechatronics Automation Engineering, Electric Power Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Natural Disaster Management, Pharmacy, Arts and Creative Industries, Educational Leadership, Tourism and Hospitality, and Urban Governance.
This worldwide scholarship opportunity allows overseas students to select their preferred disciplines that will enhance their comprehension and help them advance in their jobs. These Taiwan scholarships cover airfare, lodging, insurance, and medical services. Aside from these incentives, overseas students will receive an additional allowance of $18000 for food and other required expenses. During their visit to Taiwan, participants will get the opportunity to learn about Chinese culture.

How to apply for the Taiwan ICDF Scholarship
- Complete the online application using the TaiwanICDF Scholarship Online Application System.
- Upload the essential application materials and check that all information is correct and complete to avoid disqualification.
- Applicants may apply for just one program at a time.
- Submit a separate program application to your preferred university or program.
- Provide all additional documentation requested by the TaiwanICDF partner university prior to the admission deadline.

- Applicants must submit a TOEFL score, another accepted English test score, or confirmation of graduation from an English-taught program. Those whose native language is English are exempt.
