Berlin Fellowship Program in Germany 2025 is a unique yet up-to-date opportunity to tackle the growing threats related to digiral security. The world has become a global village due to the use of communication technologies. However, these technologies can be misused as well. The fully-funded, six-month fellowship in Germany is intended to address these increasing cyberthreats. Participants in this course learn about the real fault lines and gaps that result in such a severe breach, as well as the methods to overcome the privacy breach.
The Berlin Scholarship Program 2025 is a project of the Berlin State Department of Economics, Energy, and Public Enterprise. However, this fully compensated foreign scholarship in Germany is only for journalists. Reporters Without Borders Germany invites journalists from war zones and crisis areas to visit Berlin for free and receive better digital security training. Journalists from these crucial regions are particularly subject to digital dangers such as monitoring and cyber attacks, which impede their journalistic work.
The RSF Germany program has helped numerous journalists from over the world, some of whom were even threatened with death because of their journalistic ability and honest reporting in war zones and important locations. The RSF reporter scholarship program in Europe teaches proper risk assessment skills. The curriculum undoubtedly lets participants realize that there is no such thing as “absolute security,” but there are numerous methods and instruments for developing a well-designed security plan.
