- Individuals in underserved or underrepresented communities
- Must be able to travel to France and attend the entire conference in Clermont-Ferrand from October 28 to 30, 2025.
- Participants should be eager to interact with researchers, policymakers, and development experts, as well as attend capacity-building workshops.
- Must be willing to participate in collaborative training programs that bridge research and media.
