Professionals interested in improving their management skills through mutual knowledge and understanding sharing on issues that are widely discussed in both their home countries and the United States are encouraged to apply for the Humphrey Fellowship Program. Fellowships for International Students

The Humphrey Programme accepts young and mid-career professionals from designated countries for a year of non-degree graduate research, leadership development, and professional collaboration with U.S. peers.

International students can apply for fully financed non-degree programs through the Hubert Humphrey Fellowships 2025–2026. Full tuition, regular room and board, textbooks, a one-time computer purchase allowance, and a professional development allowance are all covered by this scholarship.

The Humphrey Programme aims to:

  • Create leaders who will have a multiplicative impact on their societies—leaders whose knowledge and abilities have been influenced by exposure to American ideals, models, and concepts;
  • Create and strengthen enduring, fruitful collaborations and connections between Americans and people around the globe;
  • Educate and inform Americans about global issues, as well as other countries’ cultures and societies.
