Foreign nationals who are enrolled as students at Semmelweis University and who started their studies in or after the first semester of the 2025–2026 academic year are eligible to apply for the scholarship. One of the eligible faculties, such as General Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or the András Pet? Faculty, must offer them a program taught in either English or German.
