Eligibility Guidelines

Eligibility for the DAAD scholarship:

  1. Citizen of a developing or newly industrialized nation

  2. At least two years of professional experience after graduation.

  3. Bachelor’s degree earned within the last six years.

  4. Strong academic record (top third of graduating class).

To apply for the DAAD scholarship, complete the section in the MIDE application form and submit all required documents, including employment certificates and a letter of recommendation from your employer.

Admission requirements:

To be eligible, candidates must:

  • Have a first university degree equivalent to 180 ECTS (or more).

  • Have at least 15 ECTS in Economics or three economics-related modules.

  • Please provide proof of English proficiency (IELTS 7.0, TOEFL iBT 96, or equivalent), unless your previous degree was taught in English.

  • For degrees with only 180 credits, provide proof of at least 6 months of professional work experience after graduation.

  5. Copy of passport.

  1. With DAAD Scholarship: August 31, 2025.

  2. Without scholarship: 30 September 2025.
