Eligibility Criteria
- Applications should be highly motivated students who have completed their Bachelor’s degree or expect to complete it within the next 6 months.
- Applicants must be in the top ten percent of their class and want to attend a Masters program at the University of Geneva.
- Applicants must meet the admission requirements for the Master’s program to which they have applied.
- Applicants will be chosen based on the application file for the Excellence Fellowship.
- All applicants must complete the enrolling procedure outlined on the Admissions office website.
- Applicants must complete all of the clauses listed, since incomplete applications will not be evaluated.
- Students who have already begun their Masters degree in the Faculty of Science are not eligible for the Excellence Master Fellowship.

- Applicants can get additional information from program coordinators or the Academic advisor by sending an email at: Academic-Advisor-Sciences@unige.ch).
- First, create an account by entering your name and email address.
- After registration, you will receive an email with a personal link to fill out the online application form.
- Before beginning the application, gather the necessary documents.
- Upload the PDF file.
- Enter your personal information.
- Upload your academic data.
- Scan and upload all relevant documents as a single PDF file.
- Click the Save/Submit button.
- Following submission, you will receive an email confirming the submission of your form.

- Scanned copy of your UNIGE card. (if you are not currently a UNIGE student, the mail of the central administration named “Your Application to UNIGE”.
- Name the file LASTNAME-Firstname-Proof.pdf.
- Enter alphanumeric characters without accents.
- Do not include special characters or spaces.
- All required documents should be in the form of one PDF file.
- A scanned copy of your national identification card or passport.
- CV (2 pages max).
- Academic transcript showing courses completed and grades earned during the bachelor’s degree.
- A motivation letter (describe your specific scientific interests and motivation for pursuing this fellowship program).
- Letters of references from two professors who should attest your capabilities for this program. Letters should be sent directly to Excellence-Master-Sciences@unige.ch
- Any other relevant information like results of GRE, TOEFL or other language test.
