Eligibility Criteria For York University International Scholarship
To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Status as an International Student: In order to study in Canada, a study permit is required.
- Eligibility for the Program: Must have submitted an application for an undergraduate program beginning in the fall of 2025.
- Direct Entry: Not eligible for the Tentanda Via Award, you must apply straight out of high school within two years after graduating.
- Academic Excellence: Keep your grade point average at or above a “A.”
- Leadership and Achievement: Showcase your leadership abilities via volunteer work, the arts, athletics, or, if relevant, personal accomplishments.
- Supporting Documents: Attach a letter of recommendation and any other papers that are needed.
