1. Candidates must hold a four-year bachelor’s degree or a degree comparable to a college or university degree in the United Arab Emirates.
2. The candidate must get a minimum of 3.2 out of 4.00 from a recognized accredited university.
3. A minimal level of English proficiency in the form of an IBT TOEFL (90 or equivalent), an IELTS score of 6.0, or a 1550 EmSAT English score.
4. Statement of purpose (800 words).
5. A minimum of two referee recommendations.

Doctoral Program 2025
