This is a popular Exchange Program in Japan, where participants from many nations join together to meet the needs of the Japanese workplace. It appeals to both male and female participants. AYF fellowships are open to young applicants aged 24-35 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. The AYF consists of three programs: Lectures, Challenges, and Projects. One target, one goal: to attract participants from all over the world to challenge themselves and refine their talents in a multicultural atmosphere that meets the needs of the Japanese workplace. Working Hours
- 5 days a week of working & learning
- 10 days of paid leave available six months into the Fellowship
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants can come from any country.
- You have 2–3 years of experience in one of our Fellowship concentration areas.
- Age between 24 and 30 is desirable.
- Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Commitment to addressing societal issues and contributing to our efforts.
- Core principles include hard effort, discipline, and concern for others
- Proof of IELTS or equivalent language tests is not required.
